Die Fat

In this video the famous author Steve Siebold (author of 177 mental toughness of the world class) keeps it “real” when it comes to fat loss

Over the past 18 years I have helped thousands of my clients transform
their bodies.

Here is what I’ve discovered

In my opinion our mind is the most important factor when it comes
to getting in shape or achieving any goal for that matter.

But then that got me thinking; what other aspects of our lives are controlled by our mind?

The answer: EVERYTHING!

What’s Your Favorite Book and Quote

This may be the shortest post on this blog yet.

But for me, it’s probably one of the most important because I get to learn a little bit about you, and take away something valuable I can use in my life.

I have two questions for you.

1. What’s your favorite quote of all time?

2. What’s your favorite business, self-help, or motivational book of all time?

(other than the obvious The Bible, The Qur’an, etc….)

For me, my favorite quote is:

“If you look good then you feel good, if you feel good then you play good and if you play good they pay good”

by Dion Sanders

Ok one more

“America is too big for small dreams”

by Ronald Reagan

And my favorite book is:

Eliminate Body Fat and Start the New Year the Right Way!

Eliminate Body Fat and Start the New Year the Right Way!

As we get closer to New Year’s Eve many people are working vigorously on their New Year’s Resolutions.

For many, losing weight, quitting smoking, saving money and even buying a new car on their lists.

For others, finding the best ways to eliminate body fat is their top priority for 2010.

Here are some great tip and suggestions to help you keep your New Year’s Resolution this year.

The first and one of the best things you can do for yourself to lose fat is to get your body moving in high gear.

You need to begin a workout routine that is enough to challenge you without being to hard that you give up on it.

If you are new to exercising altogether you might want to start off with something less intense, such as bike riding or power walking.

Now you need to think about the foods you are eating.

Not only the types of foods but also the portions you are eating as well.

You need to be able to work off more calories a day than you are consuming on order to begin burning some of the body fat you have.

There are several low fat recipes you can find online so you can still eat your favorite foods.

You need to be drinking at least 10 glasses of water every day.

Water benefits your overall health, it allows your system to cleanse itself and helps to wake up your metabolism and get it working faster and harder.

Try drinking a large glass of water before every meal.

This will help you to eat smaller portions because your will feel full.

Avoid eating prepared meals, instead spend a little time preparing your own fresh meals every day.

This will lower the amount of sodium you are consuming, the salt and fats.

If you are going to eat chicken you should boil it first to eliminate some of the unnecessary fats.

Say goodbye to the skin of the chicken as well.

Combining the above mentioned tips will help you eliminate body fat.

However, in order for you to be able to keep the fat off you need to continue eating healthy and exercising regularly.

It is important that you take pride in yourself and put your health on the top of your list of priorities.

Start out the new year with you as your top priority.

Again as always having a blast bringing you my latest thoughts and inspirations.
