@Hi Sam, It’s so interesting how the body and food work together. Good to know about starch at night and level of activity. As far as snacks in between the major meals, can you provide a list or several suggestions of what to eat? Currently, I eat skim string cheese, fruit, nonfat yogurt or nuts. I’m not sure what else to throw in there. I did look at protein bars today and they seem to have a lot of sugar. I tried a Luna bar because it had the lowest but still about 17grams. What brand do you recommend? Thanks! Judy

That is a great question. What you are doing with little bit of nuts, fruit and skim string cheese is fine. I don’t like protein bars when it comes to losing body fat.
I recommend a protein shake instead. I LOVE the BSN’S Syntha 6 protein. It’s high quality and great taste in between meals.
