Hey Sam!
The series was great! I am trying to follow the eating advice but the problem I run into is that I don’t know how to “cook” or season some of the food. I suppose I could buy a cookbook…What would also be helpful is some recipes or just some “seasoning/cooking” tips. Thanks!

Thank you Nadine. I recommend seasoning foods without adding calories(at least not a lot).
A very good book is eating for life by Bill Phillips.
