Thanks Sam…explained clearly and concisely. The plan works. Takes more than desire and determination and dedication…in my case, it’s the strong sense of discipline and accountability for me to get it pulled off. I’ve coaching high school football players for 35 years and telling them the same things you are telling us…not until I realized that I am a failure in this one area was I able to do the disciplined part. Thanks again.

You are absolutely right coach Stevens. The discipline to change your eating habits is THE HARDEST part of a weight loss program. That’s why it’s important to do it gradually. Remember Rome wasn’t build in one day. You are already way ahead of the game by exercising and eating BETTER. We appreciate you coach.
