SNEAKY TRICK # 2
TRICK #2: The “vacuum” trick.
First thing in the morning when you wake up and you’re lying in bed, exhale while pulling in your abdominal muscles like you’re trying to suck your belly button all the way to the back of your spine.
Hold it and contract for a 10-second count and then release.
Take a 5 second breather and then repeat this procedure another 3 more times.
This’ll wrap up those core abdominal muscles nice and tight like you’re strapping on a girdle and train your muscles to give you a slimmer waist.
In fact, it’s not unheard of to lose at least an inch from your waist in 30 days or so.
