The Skinny B**** Diet and Workout Program

I never forget the day. It was November 4th, 2006.
“Linda” walked in and had her credit card in hand and wanted to sign up.
“Linda” wasn’t in the greatest shape in the world. She looked
like she just needed a little “tune up” or should I say “tone up”.
She had no interest in a tour of our facility or anything.
She was just ready to sign up.
Now as a business owner that’s not a bad thing at all.
Most facilities would have been happy to take her money and
not asked her any questions.
But not me…..
I wanted to make sure it was the right fit for both of us.
So I asked her several questions to find out why she came in
on that day. (I wanted to find out her “hot buttons” what motivated her)
When I find out the emotional “hot buttons” of why a client wants to
workout then it’s easier to push them and help them reach their goals.
So I asked¬† “Linda”, why did you decided to sign up today as opposed to
last week or last month.
“Linda” replied, “because it’s time.”
I then replied, “It wasn’t the time last week.”
She replied back, “no it’s just the right time”
I was a little confused at this time and asked why it wasn’t a good time
last week and what has changed in one week.
She then replied in a very firm tone “look I just found out that my ex- husband
is going to our company’s Christmas party with his new skinny b****.¬† No way she is
going to look better than me”.
At this time Armando and I just were looking at each other in disbelief.
But “Linda” was dead serious.
That’s how the skinny b*** program was created.
I have created an “emergency” Hot for Holidays workout and
nutrition program that will have you looking good in your
little Holiday dress in a hurry.
On November 15th at 4:30pm, I will be hosting a nutrition seminar where
I reveal my exact program that had “Linda” looking her best
in her little black dress.
This seminar is absolutely free to all clients of Fitness Concepts
