Protein Bars – Which One is Good?
Which protein bar do you recommend Dr. Sam?
This is one of the questions that keeps coming up?
So I thought I just share with you an email I got from one of my clients about the subject.
Client: What Kind of Protein Bar do you recommend for breakfast Dr. Sam?
Me: I don’t recommend any protein bars especially if you are trying to lose body fat.
Client: But don’t have time in the morning
Me: Get up 10 minutes earlier.
Client: But I only get 5 hours of sleep.
Me: Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep. If yo can only get 5 hours then there wouldn’t be much of a difference between 4:50 minutes and 5 hours.
Client: Thanks Dr. Sam

OK,
Sam here. Most protein bars are just glorified, expensive candy bars. I remember when they first came on the scene.
When I looked at their nutritional information they don’t look too bad.
One of them even tasted just like a Snickers bar.
I should have known better because my mom always thought me “If it looks like a duck, quacks like then it’s a duck”
Sure enough when I had my clients try it they stopped losing fat.
What gives????
Then a independent study came out and showed that NON of the so called protein bar’s nutritional label was even close to being correct.
It indicated that they are in fact a glorified, expensive candy bar.
Before I forget I can’t tell you how important it is to have a good breakfast. Eating a healthy breakfast is proven to help you with your fat loss goals.
Remember to eat like a KING for breakfast and like a PEASANT for dinner and not the other way around like most people.
