In School we all wanted straight A’s but only a few were willing to do the work to achieve straight A’s.

In Life we all want to succeed but only a few are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.

We all want a fit, healthy body BUT only a few are willing to do the work to achieve a fit, healthy body.

Ronnie Coleman (8 time Mr. Olympia) and one of the best bodybuilders in the world once said “everyone wants to be a bodybuilder but no one wants to lift these heavy A** weights”.

A famous boxer once said “everyone wants to be a fighter til they get punched in the mouth”.
