Healthy Late Night Snack
Over the years I discovered that most of my clients like to have a late night snack. After all there is nothing like some comfort food after a long day of work. Unfortunately many of the so called late night snacks are detrimental to our health and fitness goals. So here is what I like to do for a healthy late night snack.
