Life is busy! I know that sometimes you can’t get to the gym or even think about your fitness. While you can truly benefit from the gym environment, what about the days when you just can’t get there? Wouldn’t it be great if you could just train anywhere with a simple plan?

Some would have you think that you always need a gym membership or equipment at home. The more money you throw at this fitness and fat loss problem should ensure better results right? Wrong.

The good news is: you can have a fun, fast and effective workout with little or no equipment at all. It’s all about intensity and variety.

The bad news is: you’re going to have to break a sweat and do something a little different every day to have a full body transformation.

It’s up to you. Once you decide that you’re going to empty that junk in your trunk, make a plan to do it right. You’ll want to include the following in your plan:
Resistance training – You need to build (or at least maintain) your lean muscle mass. Muscle is metabolically active tissue that helps you burn calories even at rest. Muscle is your best friend and keeps your metabolism revved up.
HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training – This is short bursts of high intensity exercise. This elevates your heart rate, revs up your metabolism and burns calories during and after exercise.
EAT! – Of course this is a no-brainer, but what? Eliminate the junk and load up on veggies, fruits and lean protein. Eat six times a day and don’t let yourself get too hungry. Feed your body regularly and it will be more likely to burn the excess fat you want.

You can do it literally anywhere and if you don’t have a skipping rope, try a stationary run or jumping jacks instead.

Remember to shake up your routine daily.

Work harder for fitness and fat loss, not longer!

Your workouts should be short and intense and you should be drenched in sweat afterward.

If not, then you probably aren’t going to get the results you’re looking for.
