Here we go. This is Sylvia’s 6th week working out at “The Camp” in Corona (our new indoor boot camp facility).
To recap, Sylvia is trying to lose 40lb in 12 weeks.
As many of you know already she has lost 18lb in 5 weeks. So let’s see how much weight she takes off in her 6th week.
This is the half way point of her program. Let’s see if she is half way to her goal.
