TRICK #2: The “vacuum” trick.

First thing in the morning when you wake up and you’re lying in bed, exhale while pulling in your abdominal muscles like you’re trying to suck your belly button all the way to the back of your spine.

Hold it and contract for a 10-second count and then release.

Take a 5 second breather and then repeat this procedure another 3 more times.

This’ll wrap up those core abdominal muscles nice and tight like you’re strapping on a girdle and train your muscles to give you a slimmer waist.

In fact, it’s not unheard of to lose at least an inch from your waist in 30 days or so.

I have been reading everywhere, that cardio is the exercise that burns belly fat. Doing core exercise alone will strengthen the muscle, but will not make you loose the fat on the top of it. I definitely beleive that to be true. If i do core work outs, but I don’t do cardio, I will bulge out, and my stomach looks even bigger. Now I have muscle and fat…Any thoughts you can share on that? Thanks!

Hi Agi,

To lose the belly fat we need resistance, cardio and core training. The most important factor by far is the diet bar none.
