This is great Sam! It’s so easy for all of us to get bogged down with everyday struggles and stresses. You talk so much about setting goals and sticking to them, and this is just another great example. Not everyone has people around them supporting their fitness and nutrition goals, so it’s so important to keep OURSELVES motivated. Writing our goals down and reading them everyday, is so important – and no matter what negativity, be it through life or even other people – we need to make every effort to put them into motion. It’s an act of WILL. We have to choose to do better and feel better, and everything else tends to fall into place! Thanks so much for working so hard to keep all of us motivated Sam. Our health is one of the few things we are or can be in control of in this life, and yet it’s the one thing we so often put on the back burner. I so appreciate all your efforts. You’re the BEST!! 🙂
