My First Month at Fitness Concepts

Hi Sam,


Yes, it’s been about a month since I started and since then not only do I have more energy than before but I have noticed than my jeans and clothes are a bit loose no matter how many times I’ve actually put them in the dryer.


I have had only good compliments from my husband who is so supportive and from my family members and friends.

They have noticed that my tummy has gone down, my face has gotten slimmer and have said that my skin is glowing.


It makes me feel good not only about myself but It gives me confidence in my trainer and your company that I have made the right decision in signing on.


I won’t lie that there are days where I feel discouraged only because I see myself every day and It seems like the mirror is lying and that I want to reach my goal much faster.


I know that it takes time and effort in getting there. It really is a good thing that I have appointments with my trainer, Gina cause if not, I would not be able to do this on my own.

Prior to signing on with Fitness Concepts, I have visited other health clubs like 24 hour fitness and LA fitness to determine which would be a good fit for me and with all the research that I’ve done on my own, your company is not only result oriented but your staff are very knowledgeable, fit and friendly.


I would also like to add that where, at any health club would you be able to not only meet and see the owner on a regular basis, receive daily emails, updates and health information, who is very personable and make clients feel like they really matter?

Only at Fitness Concepts. I like the fact that someone can’t just join Fitness Concepts to work out on their own but rather paired with a trainer to make sure that they achieve their goals. That’s what sets you apart from the rest.

Hi Sam,

A friend of mine is a client and he has lost about 50 lbs. Last year when we had our annual golf tournament, I ordered him an XXXL shirt and this year I ordered him an XL shirt!

Anyway, I’m on your mailing list for the information it provides. I would sign up as a client, but I’m located in Escondido, CA. It seems as though my metabolism has STOPPED. I’m now 46 and I have gone from 127 lbs. to 152 lbs. in 8 years. Is there anyone in my area that offers a program similar to your?

Thank you for the kind words. Let me do some research. I have a friend that is a trainer in Temecula.
Diane the best thing that you can do to speed up your metabolism is:
1) Eat 6 small meals per day. Include a small amount of lean protein in each meal
2) Hit the weights 3x/week
3) Do moderate cardio

that’s great!!!! YOU GO GIRL… I signed up 3weeks ago and like you, my clothes are fitting loose and I feel great!!!
