Sam, your videos and blogs put a twist in my weight loss goals that inspire me. I need the constant “pick me up, spur me on’ talk and you definitely do an amazing job ot it. Sam, I’m a personal trainer up in Canada and an avid reader of your blogs. Hi Sam, Thanks for the inspiration. My goal this year is to be in the best shape I have ever been in and I know it is going to take work. Writing your goals down on paper and putting them somewhere you can always see them is a good reminder to yourself of what you want. Thanks for all your blogs, they are great uplifters.

Loved it… Using your workout time to strengthen your body but even more importantly strengthen your mind. Sam I know you live this lifestyle because you don’t just learn you apply it. I admire and appreciate that. I love how you find a way to continue to teach in different circumstances.
