Healthy Late Night Snack

Healthy Late Night Snack

Over the years I discovered that most of my clients like to have a late night snack. After all there is nothing like some comfort food after a long day of work. Unfortunately many of the so called late night snacks are detrimental to our health and fitness goals. So here is what I like to do for a healthy late night snack.

Sounds like a great idea!

Especially for late night.

I will go get some of those afterwork. It is always good to have a safety stock of good stuff in the fridge just in case.

have good day and thank.

P.S. Dont do the tequila in her teeth!

You can always get a teeth pain releiver cream for this purpose in any pharmacy.

i dont remember the name, but there are quite a few.

I hope she get well soon!

Thank you for the advice for my daughter’s teeth. I appreciate that. I knew Tequila didn’t sound right.
Try my “recipe” you will love it.

Thank you for the tip! I just purchased those yogurts this weekend! Oh and btw welcome to parenthood and sleepless nights all over again! I hope your daughter is doing better but here are a few tips for her. Purchase some Hyland’s teething tablets or you can buy her a baby feeder from babies r us and fill it up with ice and let her suck on it. That ususally numbs her gums and may keep her happy during the day. Good Luck!

Great tip Gaby. Thanks and let me know how you like my “recipe”.

Thanks for the video tip. We don’t have a Trader Joes in Winnipeg but some of the specialty stores carry fage now. I like to add 2-3 Tbsp of pure cocoa powder and 1tsp of natural peanut butter. It has a Reese peanut butter cup flavor (well, sorta).
And for your daughter’s teething, chamomile is an excellent remedy because of its calming nervine effects – perhaps cold chamomile tea would work.

Dr. Saman @ 6:18 pm

Wow Sarah,

I got to try that sounds delicious. Thanks for the Tip. I forwarded the info to Wifey.

Sam you are the man!!! That so looks like cheating. I am hitting Trader Joe’s Friday!!!

I am enjoying this since I saw this video in your office. What are your thoughts about the flavored ones? I was in Scottsdale last week and could not find the plain, end up buying the Peach and strawberry one.

Oh, by the way all of the teething recipes are great.

Hope your little one feels better.

Unfortunately the flavored ones always have too much sugar. That’s why I mixed it with sugar free jelly

There are some gum numbing gels in the baby section, I think it’s called
Oragel, that you rub right on the baby’s gum. At least it provides a few minutes of relief so they can get to sleep. You can combine that with some infant Tylenol when they are old enough.

Dr. Saman @ 8:35 pm

Thanks, we did just that and it worked like magic.

Nice house. I use “Simply Fruit” by Smuckers for yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, etc. Good video. Hope folks take the advice.
