Best Exercise for Inner Thighs
Getting shaped and toned thighs is surely a challenge not only for people having a rather sedentary life but also for those who are more than familiar with fitness routines. While other areas of the body are easier to tone and maintain, inner thighs are genetically prone to accumulate fat therefore they’re more difficult to slim down.

How to Get Rid of Your Flabby Arms
Giving your arms a workout can be hard. Many might even be surprised to know that the arms are sometimes the hardest part of the body to get into shape. While this may seem a bit bleak to some, don’t worry. There are some ways that you can help whip those arms into shape.
While some may think that arm exercises are the only thing that you need to do, it actually is not. Eating fatty foods is something that needs to be cut out of your regular diet. You may also want to stay away from sodas, candy, anything that is fried, and alcohol. All of these things contribute to the fatty buildup that cause many to have flabby arms. It may be difficult at first, but learning to cut back on these foods is the first step to making sure those flabby arms get back in shape.
Cardio workouts are another thing that you are going to have to add to your daily routine. Doing at least 30 minutes of cardio, 2 to 3 times a week, can aid you in burning off fat. Simple things like walking, jogging, or even swimming are great examples of cardio workouts. Swimming is especially good toning up the arms because you are working with the resistance of the water and burning hundreds of calories while doing it.
Tricep extensions are something that you should be looking to do every day. This is a workout that specifically targets the area of the arm where fat can easily build up. You can use a table, a chair, or simply stand on the floor slightly bent over. With a weight in hand, and your arm bent by your side, simply push the weight back until your arm is straight and parallel to the floor. Just remember to move only elbow joint and you will do great. You can start off doing this once a day and gradually increase after the first week
One of my favorite tricep exercises is the skull crushers. Don’t get intimidated by the name ![]()
Skull crushers are a great way to stimulate the inner and the outer head of the triceps muscle for a complete tricep stimulation.
All of these are things that you should take into consideration when trying to get rid of those flabby arms and get them tight and toned
