April lost 20lb in 12 weeks. OK I exaggerated it’s ONLY 19lb but 20lb in 12 weeks just sounds better don’t you agree?
April will be the first one to tell you that she doesn’t lose easily but she managed to take off 20lb in 12 weeks. OK 19lb 😉

Hi Alejandra and Sam!
I weighed in this morning. 12 weeks, 1 knee injury my 2nd week, 1 major car accident in week 7 keeping me in bed for weeks 8 and 9, restricted to lower body ONLY workouts for weeks 10, 11 and 12, a few diet “cheats” (but you always knew when I cheated. The scale told on me!), made 2 new lifelong friends (Alejandra #1 awesome trainer and Keri #1 awesome workout and diet buddy), tried everyday to give my heart and soul knowing the “boss” (you, Sam) would kick my booty if I let you down, experienced amazing, painful and exhilarating workouts 5 days a week for the whole program (minus the car accident mishap), too many to count reps of burpees, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, arm curls, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, bear crawls, frog squats, TRX, medicine ball, running laps(I worked out 58 days at 1 mile a day= 58 miles!!) and many exercises I’ve never even heard of!!! You said “come to workout at 5am, follow my diet and see results!” After the first day I cried! After the 2nd day I couldn’t walk! After the 3rd day I couldn’t lift my arms. After the 4th day I wanted to kill you. After the 5th day I wanted to quit!!! Everyday Alejandra would say “you will not regret this if you stick it out to week 3.” After week 3 I never looked back. My results? I lost 28 lbs, 12 inches overall (6 1/2 just at my waist!) and 4 dress sizes all while having the time of my life!! I hope I’ve made you proud! I definitely have no regrets!! (Oh except for the fact that I just can’t seem to beat Chris EVER on the run!! But I WILL one day!!) I hope that my transformation will inspire and encourage others to set and achieve their goals. Things don’t end here for me just because the program has ended. Oh no!! I will report again after I meet my REAL goal. Only 34 lbs more to go!!!
Thanks again to you both!! You have helped me remember that its not about a diet fad or an exercise craze or a “here you go, do this” empty program or the latest book with meal ideas. Its really about ME! Do I want it or not? I guess you know MY answer!!
