Chino Boot Camp Sylvia’s Progress Week #12

Sylvia loses 7.5lb this week!!!!

She now weighs 150lb down from 184lb.

With Thanksgiving in a couple of days can she make it down to her goal weight of 144lb? She has one week and 6lb to go.

Diamond Bar Boot Camp – Sylvia’s Progress Week #10

This is Sylvia’s 10th week on the program. She vowed to lose 40lb in 12 weeks.
So far she has lost 26.5lb but with Thanksgiving around the corner and only 2 weeks to go the odds are certainly against her.

Upland Boot Camp: Sylvia’s Progress Week #9

This is the end of the 9th week for Sylvia. Remember she vowed that she will lose 40lb in 12 weeks.
Well this week she has lost another 3.5lb for a total of 26.5lbs in 9 weeks!!!

Watch the video as Sylvia shares a BIG obstacle she had to overcome this week.

Let me ask you a question? Are you going to just keep watching Sylvia and others get in shape or are you finally going to get off the couch and do something about it. The choice is always yours.
