How To Lose 30lb in 12 Weeks

Chino Hills Boot Camp is responsible for many, many success stories.

I failed miserably again. First I promised Sylvia 40lb in 12 weeks and she only lost 37lb. I then promised Cammi that she is going to lose 37lb in 12 weeks and I let her down. She only lost 32lb.  I missed it by 3 pounds with Sylvia and by 5lb with Cammi. I feel like I am letting everyone down.

My confidence is at all time low because my clients are not losing the weight like I promised.

So on behalf of myself,  Fitness Concepts and  Chino Hills Boot Camp I am sorry for not delivering results as promised.

However Cammi reports that her clothes are falling off of her, she has more energy than ever, and she hasn’t been this weight in a very, very long time.

I am so happy that Cammi has discovered the healthy lifestyle. Now all I have to do is get better at what I do and make sure ALL my clients hit their target goal.

Chino Hills Weight Loss Boot Camp – Cammi

Set backs are a part of life. It’s how we deal with set backs that makes the difference.

One of my favorite movies of all time is Rocky (all of them). I never forget the time when Rocky said to his son “it’s not how hard you hit, is how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward”.

Isn’t that the truth………

Cammi who swore she will lose 40lb in 12 week has been going through some adversity and is been MIA for 3 weeks. She is still down 22lb and has 18lb to go in the next four weeks.

So after some pep talk from Alejandra and some pestering from me she is recommitted and is ready to rock and roll the next 4 weeks.

Cammi we are here to help you and “annoy” you til you get to your goals. You are not giving up and we are not giving up on YOU.

Here is Cammi’s latest weigh in results. Below the video is her email to me.

From Cammi:

As you know, over the past few weeks, I’ve struggled. My work schedule has become even more hectic and demanding, I’ve been traveling and I’ve faced a few personal challenges. As a result of “life” happening, I fell back into old bad habits and made bad choices and got off track. In a previous conversation, I mentioned to you that this 12 Week Challenge for me was not only about changing my outside appearance by eating healthy and exercising, but it was also about changing the inside as well.

Although I’ve had this setback, I’d like you to know the progress I’ve made as well. Rather than quitting and giving up and just going into hiding because of the guilt and shame I felt by not following the plan you put together for me, I reached out to Alejandra last week and let her know I was struggling. This is something I never have done before and it wasn’t easy for me to admit to her what was going on, but I told her that I wanted to break my bad habit of punishing myself and I was NOT about to spiral out of control and just quit. After listening to all her advice and the great things she had to say, I felt a tremendous weight lifted off of my shoulders and she got me focused once again.

I understand I have a lot of hard work ahead of me and I WILL do what it takes to succeed at my 12 Week Challenge. I am Dedicated and 100% Committed to reaching my goal both for the Challenge and once it is over as my journey will continue to live a healthy and inspired life each day.

Thank you to you and Alejandra for all you do and I appreciate all the support, guidance and encoragement more than you know.

You are truly changing lives…keep up all you do, even the yelling 🙂

Chino Hills Boot Camp 22lb in 5 Weeks

Cammi Loses 5lb on her 5th week for a total of 22lb at the Chino Hills #1 Boot Camp

She promised to lose 40lb in 12 weeks or she would donate $600 to charity.

Way to go Cammi!!! 22lb down and 18lb to go in the next 7 weeks. (Plenty of time just keep it up)
