Can Women Lose Weight After 40
Being in the “scene” of health and fitness for the last 20 years I am blessed to have met all the TOP people in the field. I asked my friend Shawna K, Female Fat Loss Over 40 expert to share an exercise circuit with you that you can do anywhere.

In the video I suggest these five exercises:
Push up
Plank
Mountain climber
Squat
Lateral lunges
My suggestion is to do 10-15 reps for each exercise, rest 30 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
If you have a timer, I like to do 30 seconds of work with a 5 second transition. I’d try this set 3-5 times. Beginners may need to do less time (eg. 20 sec/exercise)

@I lost over 40 pounds after turning forty. I think the most important thing for me was doing a variety of workouts. I mixed in cardio boxing with strength training and pilates to do it. It not only helped me by giving me a balanced workout, but it also kept me from getting bored in my routine. You also really do have to watch what kind of foods you put in the body, too. Not necessarily quantity, but definitely watch the quality of your diet. At least that’s what worked for me.
