Blisteringly Beautiful~
Today at approximately 5:30am
I lost my bet with Elaine.
Before & After
Before weight is 158.8 After weight is 138.3
Deep down even though that I lost the bet I am very happy and proud of Elaine for losing 20.5lb in 6 weeks.
She took control of her life and not only looks absolutely hot but her attitude has taken a complete 180. Just watch what happened this morning.
Elaine overcame many obstacles including a nasty looking blister on her toe as you can see in the pictures below.
But she didn’t let that and the fact that she is a full time teacher get in her way to her goal (I mean bet). She walked the talk, she put up and now doesn’t need to shut up. She accomplished her goal.
A big congratulations to Elaine Maxwell to take me up on my challenge and coming through!!!!
In case you don’t remember Elaine below is her video from 6 weeks ago.

@Sam, WOW..where do I begin. First of all thank you so much for offering me such a great challenge that ended up doing more for me than I ever thought it would. Not only did I loose 20.5lbs and 15.5 total inches, but I gained my bubbly and positive attitude back. I feel like an entirely new person.
I also want to thank Steve Potter (my trainer) who did an exceptional job in working with someone who not only has a bad back, but who has had 7 orthopaedic surgeries as well. Yes, that is me; I am not an easy client. Steve knew exactly how to stabalize my core and what exercises to stay clear from. Even when we tried something new, he would always ask if I felt ok AND he even texted me later to make sure I wasn’t sore in a bad way. Steve has a great personality and made kicking my butt fun!!!
Sam, your nutrtional plan and guidance is amazing. I thought I knew a lot about food until you showed me what it’s really about (and yes, that meant eliminating my In N Out and cookies). I am what you call an “emotional eater” and your challenge made me step out of my comfort zone. I have never had this kind of willpower to not eat when upset but now I do. Now I know how harmful it is and how to replace those emotions with health and fitness. I understand what you have been preaching to me these past few years, “NOTHING TASTE AS GOOD AS BEING FIT FEELS!”
All in all I am ecstatic about the outcome and have been on cloud 9 all day. And even though I’ve been saying I was going to eat In N Out when I won, I did not. However, I cannot lie..I came straight home after my weigh in and had my normal eggs, broccoli and oatmeal but my 10 am snack consisted of a glazed donut and protein. I have to admit, it was amazing. But that is it..I’ve eaten perfectly the rest of the day and plan to continue this healthy way of life. Why would I want to go back to my unhealthy ways and come off this cloud…NO WAY!!
Thanks again Sam and Steve…I love you guys for your true dedication 🙂

@You are very welcome. It was my pleasure working with you. Always remember “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels”.

@Elaine you did awesome!!! You set your goals and stuck to it. You trained hard, ate the right food and hit ALL your cardio, despite the days your back was causing you pain. It was a pleasure working with you as well! Your possitive attitude and drive made my job easy. You ROCK!

@Congratulations. And keep it up!! SP’s a great trainer and you are obviously an all star client!! I have had the privilege of talking to you a couple of times in the gym, but I had no idea, until now, just how much you have accomplished in such a short time! Great job!!!
