Sam: 187.5, right?
Sam: So in six weeks, you got to get down to 167.5.
Sam: So you know what the deal is. You know what the deal we made, right?
Sam: I have it on camera.
Brandy: You do.
Sam: This will hold in court of law.
Sam: All right. Brandy, what’s happening?
Brandy: Hi, Sam.
Sam: Look, so Brandy we just saw your picture six weeks ago and I got to say, holy crap! Like I really – I honestly was like looking at – going through all the videos and I’m like where is she, where is she? I almost like went right through it because that doesn’t even look like you.
Brandy: Totally different. I know. I’m so excited.
Sam: OK. So, you want to – I mean you look absolutely amazing like amazing.
Brandy: Thank you.
Sam: So, let’s weigh you in.
Sam: And see. What did you start?
Brandy: I started at 187.5.
Sam: 187.5, that’s what you started six weeks ago.
Brandy: Six weeks ago, 187.5.
Sam: OK. Let’s see what you weigh. But I’m telling you right now, I mean seriously, like I’m like speechless because I saw – because you see somebody every day, you don’t see the little change. I mean I see that you changed but often when I saw a picture, I was like, oh my God! OK? So let’s weigh you in. You’re 187.5 six weeks ago, let’s see what you got today.
Sam: In six weeks.
Sam: So, 175 point basically 4. So 12 pounds.
Brandy: 12 pounds.
Sam: 12 pounds in six weeks.
Sam: Now, how are your clothes fitting?
Brandy: My clothes have – my skinny clothes are starting to fit me. I’m – everything fits so much better. I feel better about myself. I’m stronger. When I started six weeks ago, I couldn’t even do girl push-ups and now in boot camp, I’m doing boy push-ups. I love it. My clothes are fitting better. I’m thinner. My face is thinner. I love it.
Sam: You look fantastic. Now, is everybody noticing?
Brandy: Everybody is noticing.
Sam: That’s what I’m talking about. That’s when you know – that’s when it gets fun. Everybody is like [0:02:04] [indiscernible].
Sam: Well, we love to have you and congratulations. Looking forward to getting more.

As you go about your workout program plan, one particular lower body exercise that you should be sure to including regularly in the sessions is the lunge.
Because the lunge does require more balance and agility control than some other exercises, this does make it ideal for strengthening those core muscles.
This said, it’s important that you don’t allow yourself to always stick with just one lunge variation throughout the course of the plan. Ideally you want to mix it up every so often, performing different lunge variations as time moves along.
Let’s look at a few of the top lunge variations that you should consider for optimal progress.
The very first lunge variation is the walking lunge. This one is great for glute development as they’ll be called into play slightly more than other variations. Be sure while walking that you never allow yourself to break at the waist however as that would place excessive strain on the lower back.
Keeping the head up will help you with this.

I got to be honest with you.
I am in trouble.
Not with the law, but at work and at home.
You see as if having one wife is not bad enough, I have two.
And they both know and have learned to accept each other.
It gets even weirder,
They are Facebook friends and sometimes even hang
out with each other.
Most men are jealous and envious. Both wives are extremely HOT
But like anything in life…..
Too much of anything can be bad.
I am always in the dog house with both of them.
I get in trouble with my home wife (Johnette)
when I stay at work late, listen to rap or watch
too much sports.
I get in trouble with my work wife (Alejandra)
pretty much on a daily basis.
Like the other day when someone complained to the boss lady about me.
We had a lady come in, that was supposedly “dead serious”
about getting in shape.
So I gave her my usual spiel.
“I only work with serious people”
“You got to show up everyday and follow the plan”
“I have the right to fire you if I feel you’re wasting my time and your money”
She then says…
“This is exactly what I was looking for, I will go to the bank and come right back to sign up”
So instead of going to lunch…
Starving, I decided to give her a call.
She then says, she had an emergency phone call that she couldn’t come in. (no courtesy to call me and say I can’t make it)
She then rescheduled for later that afternoon.
Then rescheduled for the next day morning.
So I send her the following text:
It seems like we’re getting off the wrong foot. I don’t think you would be the right fit for our facility. we can only help people who do what they say and are willing to work hard. I would be more than glad to find you a another fitness professional.
That’s right, I refuse to do business with her.
I know who I can help and who I can’t.
And I have to stay true to myself and do what I feel is right regardless of financial gain.
Most people would be like yes I can help you, just hand over your money.
To me that’s called “selling out’
We want people to come here and get results. PERIOD
So if you’re someone who is willing to put in the work, I will do everything
in my power to help you.
On the other hand if you want a magic pill or just want to pay someone
and not show up, I would rather refer you to many gyms that
would love to take your money. We don’t do that here.
If Oprah couldn’t buy fitness, you can’t either.
We actually stalk and harass you for not coming in.
And get this…..
Stalking and harassment is at no extra and included in your membership.
After all isn’t that what you’re paying for?
You ask and I deliver.
Calling it like it is.
