If there’s one way that you can instantly change your body and not only appear more attractive and confident but also slimmer as well, using proper posture is it.
Many people vastly overlook the difference that good posture can have on the way you present yourself to others and the overall look you portray.
Posture can easily make the difference between looking unfit and unnoticeable to looking fit and healthy. Don’t believe it? Take a good look at yourself in the mirror standing as you normally do. Then straighten up and try and get your head to reach the ceiling. While doing so, suck in the stomach, squeeze your glutes, and then think of opening up your chest while you aim to touch your shoulder blades together.

Here are a few simple steps to follow.
One of the primary reasons why many people start to develop poor posture in the first place is simply because they’re using very shallow breathing patterns. If you aren’t moving oxygen into and out of the body deeply, you won’t have a reason to fully expand the lungs, opening up the upper body.
To stop that, take five deep breaths every hour. This will retrain your breathing habits so pretty soon you’ll do this automatically.
Next, another quick and simple way to help promote better posture is to press your shoulder blades downwards and back together.
Again, this will open up the upper body allowing more oxygen to pass through and making you look all the more confident. As you do this, also try and relax the neck muscles so you ease any stress build-up at the same time.
Regularly checking yourself out in the mirror is a great habit to get into, as vain as it may seem. Nothing is going to illustrate the type of posture you’re using than seeing it for yourself as many of us do need to see our posture as we can’t just feel it.
Walk past a mirror and see how tall you’re standing. If you aren’t, straighten up immediately.
Finally, the last quick tip to help you maintain better posture permanently is to get up regularly. If you’re sitting at a desk for 8 hours a day, this is also going to have a big influence on the posture that you present.
Siting encourages you to be using the slouched over position, so by standing up every so often, you’ll help to lengthen the spinal column and get into better positioning.

Finally, last but not least, another factor that will influence your blood glucose control is your dietary fat intake. if you aren’t eating enough dietary fat in your diet plan, your body is going to release the carbs into the blood stream much more quickly than if moderate amounts of fat had been consumed in that meal.
Aim to keep your dietary fat intake to around 20% of your total calorie intake. Anything less than this and you might run into some problems.
