A woman that I work with was mugged in a parking lot in Los Angeles a few weeks before Christmas last year. As she was leaving the parking lot to go to the office, a man walked up to her and demanded that she give him her car keys. When she refused to comply, the man grabbed her by the arm and tried to pry the keys out of her hand. She lost her balance and ended up on the ground. Fortunately for her, there was an ambulance passing by with the lights and sirens on which scared her attacker. He ran from the scene and to her surprise, she saw another man running with him. She realized at that time that there were two men, not just her attacker.

A guy like Ryan Reynolds might fluctuate between 200 pounds / 8 percent body fat for action flicks and 180 pounds / 11 percent body fat for romantic comedies.
