Why am I going to win? First of all, I am not going to have gum in my mouth before my video! Hopefully I will also look more awake! Actually, I think we are all going to win! This is a win-win situation just by taking the first step and committing ourselves to learn and live the fitness concepts we are being taught! I have always known that resistance training+proper nutrition+cardio is necesary, but have not had the proper motivation to combine all 3 at the same time. I work 2 jobs and it is easy to just go for a run and think that is enough. I am very excited to have found this program at Fitness Concepts and look forward to the next 6 weeks to improve my overall fitness and core strength!

I am sooo excited to be back to continue my exercise regimen at Fitness Concepts!!! I will apply myself by drinking my water, eating small meals at regular intervals and excercising my butt off!!! I look forward to the end results!!!

I am going to win because by drop-dead goal date in 4 weeks away. My wife who is my support is more motivated than even to help me achieve victory. My trainer is more motivated, too. If I lose, he’s running a 5-K, and he hates running! I know what it takes to win. For me, it’s 20% in the gym putting in the time for workout and cardio and 80% in the kitchen. I’m devoted to make the kitchen for me and to kick the beer gut. Good luck to everyone else.

I have to tell you that I have been watching Sam’s Total Body Transformation emails for the past three-six week sessions. It wasn’t until the fourth Total Body Transformation that I decided to get in on it. I am so glad I did. My goal was to gain more energy and lose weight. What I did not expect was the transformation part of the program. I did not lose as much weight as I wanted, but I lost a lot of inches and gained muscle in the process. Today I have more energy and can fit back in to my clothes again. All this in six weeks. I would of never believed it, if I hadn’t done it for my self. I am going to continue with my awesome trainer “Maria” and go for my next goal “the next size down” and “more energy”. I would advise any one who is skepticle to try the the body transformtion for themselves. You will see a difference. I am going to have agree with Julie. Everyone who particpated in the program is a winner.

Thank you Sam for having this weight loss challenge. It has taught me how to continue for a life time, to improve my health as well as my appearance. Getting up at 3 am each workout morning to be at the gym at 5:30 am (I live in Long Beach, Ca) has shown me that when I put my mind to it I can do it. Now I love getting up early and I love working out early. It gives me a great start to the day!
Thank you Sam for making it possible for me to transform my body, even more,
thank you for facilitating the transformation of my mindset to a healthier and fit body.
Warm regards,
Karin Holloway

Sam, I would like to put in a vote for everyone who completed the 6 week challenge. Everyone who fulfilled the 6 weeks obviously worked hard just to be there. Even if everyone did not loose all the weight they had planned to loose, I know that they have been affected and infected with the urge to continue to have a healthier body.
To all of you,
Karin Holloway

I have seen first hand what great success this program/contest achieves. My vote is for Xavier Arroyo. He worked hard, began to eat the right way and gave up his favorite drink. Too tell you the truth, the pictures do not do justice to many of the contestants. But I know each of them have worked hard. In the numbers alone, total loss of 28 transformation pounds is very impressive. Xavier Arroyo still with a leg injurie continued to moderately exercise. MY Vote is for Xavier Arroyo!!
@ 1:59 pm
The staff at fitness concepts have been so supportive. Steve Potter my trainer is very skilled and knows what he is doing! Sam always giving a quick “pep” talk while walking through the gym, is also motivating. YOU know what I mean, right Sam? ha ha. My wife Laura has had great results at fitness concepts too, so with her support as well, I look forward to continue this healthy lifestyle. Sam, Thank you, for keeping FC more private and providing highly qualified trainers. I appreciate your professionalism, in addition to your restaurant reviews. My vote is for myself, Xavier Arroyo!!
