I think we are all winners!! This is my 2nd time participating and I'm loving it! I feel great and I think I look better. I still have a long ways to go but I'm heading in the right directions. In this competition I have 10 other of my co-workers which include my boss, Jim Moynihan competing too. It's great having people you know changing their life habits for the best! Go NFI!!!!! Well first off all the people who were able to participate til the end did an excellent job give them a big hand of applause because weight loss isn't easy!!!! Now that being said my vote goes to BIG ROB!! Not only did he lose a tremendous amount of weight but he did pack on some muscle so lets hear it for the BIG MEN.

Carefully looking at all the participants, Jose appears to be the one who looks slimmer, healthier and more natural skin color/tone. No longer does he look as if he is in his 30's. I vote for Jose

Sam, again you are proving yourself to be the fitness expert to go in Cali if not in USA. You have so many amazing successful people there…it is not even funny.

I vote for Angelica because she lost about 18lbs of fat but gained 19lbs of muscle.
I believe body transformation does not consist (quite frankly it is the same with life) of what we have lost, but what we have gained. And what she has gained is 19 pounds of living tissue, and she is the only one with that. This alone will burn her (as you know) more fat in long run, speed up her metabolic rate so she would be getting to her goals even faster.

You can lose 15 pounds of fat…and that is great, you would feel better, lighter, less chance for a chronic illness….but that is where it stops. But if you lose 15 pounds of fat and gain another 15 pounds of muscle, that alone will increase your health and vitality in a long run three fold.

So…GO Angelica GO

I truely feel that the stats and the visual results clearly speak to the focus and conviction of Rob Luna in making this program a personal success for him. This man got on board 100%, and has achieved a profound transformation in a very short time.
