OMG!… on the amount of sugar in the sodas (even more than the cookies)! The visual REALLY puts things in perspective doesn’t it? How can anyone question whether they will continue to drink soda (or MOST of these products) if they just imagined having to consume the sugar – STRAIGHT. What a great example (YIKES)

This is truly amazing now I can understand that damage I was creating for my body. especially with the soda. I should have just ate out of the sugar bowl. Would have been more direct then making my body attempt to digest it all. Thanks for the visual Sam.
